Rental conditions

Voyager general rental conditions apply.

• Customers must provide a full address (home or work address is mandatory).
• Vehicle deliveries are made only during working hours.
• Vehicles to be delivered leave our parking lots with a full fuel tank. The vehicle must be returned with a full fuel tank as well.

In case of possible delays;

• In case of possible delays, our call center must be informed 3 hours in advance.
• In case of delays in the rental exceeding 1 hour or in cases where timely information regarding the delay is not provided, the rental fee for the current day will be charged.
• The vehicle rental fee, additional product and service fees and the deposit amount are collected from the renter’s credit card at the beginning of the rental. The renter must be personally present at the time of delivery and no additional driver or credit card belonging to another person is accepted.
• Delivery and pick-up of the vehicle is made only with the renter specified in the reservation.
• Our delivery team will contact you before your reservation time. Because of traffic, etc. there may be variability in the vehicle delivery time + 1 hour. If you have any questions regarding our delivery and pick-up service, please contact our call center.
